Just want to share some stuff that i read today... This is by Frank Lloyd Wright... He believes that educational institutions were a grave threat to individuality and the greatest promoters of the vicarious life. The schools were "knowledge factories" standardizing students becoming the "perfect good plums to perfectly good plums"!!! What do you think?
My first thoughts were "he seems totally right!!!" We are the products of the Singapore Government... and our schools are the FACTORIES... We are being branded like "Nike... Adidas: to "Engineering... Real Estate..." Although Universities helps to promote researches and increase level of knowledge... it also hinder us from thinking creatively and doing the "things" we want in life...
I read on another article stating "Is there a Democratic Society with Government Institutions?" The answer is simply "NO"... Go think about it...
