I attended the Randwick Council Meeting today cos it was part of my assignment for one of my modules... It was surely interesting... However... It was damm bloody long... hee... it started at 6 n ended at 9...
The meeting reminded me of the meetings i had when i was in SPA n ULC... Some of the stuff were so longwinded and there were bound to be "heated" up arguments... Some arguments were really personal and both parties didn't want to give up.... Actually... it's until today... Now then i fully understand that in the real world... meetings are the same as in clubs i joined before... hee... There will always be 3 parties... 2 parties will always be arguing against one another... and the last party is the quiet ones... Just listen and speaks a few words and sometimes pretend nothing happens... haha...
I have another council meeting next week at Woollahra... Hopefully i'm able to see a different kind of meeting...
