Hmm... the past week seems to be back to the norms i always do... hee... first of all... definitely is training... next... is catching up wif frds.... n the last is definitely slacking... haha...

I kinda ran n tried to swim everyday since monday... i just hope to return the fitness i had like 2 months ago.. it seems to be going well in some sense... hee... then on fri... i met up wif HY.. LS... n Sean at Marina... had a fantastic treat from Sean at Billys n then a wine treat (think is white wine from germany = can't remember the name of the wine)... n as always... just 100ml... i was drunk... realli cannot handle that alcohol content...

felt terrible (hangover?) on sat... but still had to go beach training in sentosa wif ULC cos i kinda promise them i will be down... then there was the Rama's one month old baby function which i had to rush to attend... but it appear as not what i expected... so Ray...CL... n I went down to suntec to find out more information on being a teacher... hee... wanted to attend Grace birthday chalet later... but was feeling griddy n abit of vomitting in some sense... so decided to go home to rest instead n wanted to rest well so i can study for my GIS mid-term tmrw... paiseh gal...

Today... feeling much better... but the dryness in my throat is realli realli uncomfortable... still feel sick... hope it recover tmrw... n hope tmrw test to be very very difficult... please.... :P
