What a busy weekend... started on sat morning where i had beach training... then we hav a small beach flag competition... so shitty... i kinda lost out in the round of 6... sianz... hee... then afterwards went to help out in Legs and Paddles... setting up the area n etc... took a cab down to taka to hav dinner immediately as it was my dad bady... Happy Bday Dad... thou the food wasn't great... all because of my sister... hee... then it was supper time again at woodlands... talk nonsense... n drink teh...

Sunday morning... 545am... woke up... took a cab down to kallang for LnP... help out in some setting again... before warming up for my individual event... there was this "ang mo" who was superb fast in kayakin n running... seriously impressive... he came in 1st in my wave and i came in 2nd... overall I came in 9th position... less than 3 hours later... it was the team event... My team did 5th or 6th in overall... well done... then we went to kovan for some hongkong dining for dinner... food wasn't that great again... but nice environment... enjoyed to hav found u guys as teammates... :P

tried to stay awake to watch the soccer matches... but just too tired... sleep n watch... sleep n watch... hee... at least i found out Arsenal won today... haha...
