Last Sun was OSIM Triathlon 2006... I did quite badly as i had stomach cramp all the way... think i ate too much in the morning... so my final timing was 3hrs... but this is my first full tria... so i guess the next time i join... I will improve this timing... hee...

The weather was freaking hot and lucky i wore my shades... the swimming was easy as the current assist a lot... the cycle was fun but i think i need to improve on my cycling pace... my run was the worst as i walk around the 7.5km mark... my stomach cramp was just so bad... guess i had no choice...

I can't remember much stuff as it was one week ago... but i guess this tria is not my last... hee...
